We have strict policies on Staff Vetting, Training, Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Customer care: All KT & T staff are vetted for their eligibility to work in the UK and copies of relevant documents are taken for this purpose. A number of our staff have or are currently acquiring NVQs in Cleaning, Customer Service and Housekeeping. Our staff are trained in Health and Safety procedures, COSHH, Manual Handling, Safe Systems of Work and Safe Food Handling Risk Assessments and Method Statements are regularly prepared and updated. KT&T Health and Safety Manager is trained to the CIEH standard. We follow a strict Health and Safety Policy. We have a Quality Assurance System in place and rigorously checks our working procedures. Thus, we ensure consistent performance and are able to meet our customers' expectations. Our policies are constantly monitored and reviewed by our supervisory staff and by site surveys.
