We are a proudly independently owned and operated company with a history dating back to 2001. Our expertise lies in providing Professional facilities management services, outsourced Hotel Support Services, School and Office Cleaning, Cleaning & Handymans Staff, Catering and Events Management Services.

Director

Manouela Kostadinova

I am Manouela Kostadinova, born in East Europe in the 1970s, and I have ahistory and character of determination, courage and a great deal of compassion.

I have higher education in Veterinary Studies, Finance, and Hospitality Management.

In 2001 I established KT&T in London as Director of Hospitality Management, mainly focusing on hotels, offices, and schools.

With my dedicated and loyal team, I offer outsourced hospitality management services to over 25 distributed sites. I have been a member of The Institute of Directors (IoD) for over 15 years.

More recently, we have worked collaboratively with our business partners to survive the Covid 19 crisis and implemented several business rescue practices to ensure a continuous and successful business.
